Doubledown News has produced a revealing 20-minute video in which Roger Waters responds to the virulent and dishonest attacks levelled against him and to the vindictive attempts to shutdown his performances.
Watch the video – and go back to The Wall again, released as an album in 1979 and as a film in 1982.

This is a brilliant watch, Roger nails it. Saw another great show at o2 last night.
Meanwhile in more Rock & politics news Christian Wakeford, who had wanted Waters’ tour cancelled, is one of several MPs full of praise for Gene Simmons (Kiss bassist) who had been invited to parliament yesterday by the DUP, can’t think why – Simmons has a history of oubursts against Islam as well as a portfolio of sexual harrassment allegations.

‘The Wall’ is, still, available on Blu-ray and CD. £30, for the pair.
In light of Keir Starmer’s reply to the BoD – reference Roger Walters, and ‘The Wall’ – there may be a need for a Crowd Fund. I can think of no better Crowd Fund, than that people go out and purchase the Blu-ray and CD.
1. It would support Roger Walters, financially.
2. It would, again, raise the profile of ‘The Wall’ – publicising the fact it is anti-fascist, and – not – anti-Semitic, as claimed.
Aside from the financial support, it would provide moral support, for Roger Waters, who has been so selfless and vocal about Palestinian Human Rights – and on so many other issues.
There is no compunction to watch or listen to the Blu-ray, or CD. Give it to a granddaughter, grandson, niece or nephew, as a present, if you don’t feel inclined to watch or listen.
Financially, and/or morally, support Roger Waters!
George, I don’t think Roger needs supporting financially. He’s a multi-millionaire. But I’m sure just about everyone on the left is hoping that when he finishes his tour he sues the socks off of Starmer, and rubs his nose in his malevolent propaganda lies.
