If this isn’t a genocide, what is?

Atalya Ben Aba, a young conscientious objector who refused to serve in Israel’s army of occupation, reminds us of the genocidal statements made by a variety of key Israeli leaders in their war on the people of Gaza.
Taking these and more into account, there is a prima facie case for investigating Israel’s actions as genocide, defined by the United Nations Genocide Convention as any of five acts committed with intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnical, racial or religious group. These acts include “killing members of the group, causing them serious bodily or mental harm, imposing living conditions intended to destroy the group”.

This is not prima facie, it’s blatant genocide and anybody who has even a cursory knowledge of Zionist statements and intentions knows that it has been the intention from the very beginning of the occupation to remove Palestinians from Palestine by any method including murder.
Genocidal intent against the indigenous inhabitants is indeed being declared by the top levels of the Israeli government – and it is plainly happening now.

What is it which results in so many countries of the world fail (be afraid?) to treat the actions of Israel and its IDF in the same way as most would react to the same actions if carried out by any other country. Perhaps there has never been anything comparable.
If they get away with this who will they, or others like them, decide to get rid of next?
