Gold Award to Al Jazeera’s Labour Files – wake up UK Media

Last Autumn Al Jazeera released a four part documentary series “The Labour Files” based on large numbers of documents and personal testimony.  One of the most moving aspects of the documentaries was the reactions of some who had been personally affected by how Labour had treated by Labour when they saw what these documents contained about them.  These documentaries have been largely ignored by the mainstream media.

JVL is delighted to report that one of the documentaries in the series “The Hierarchy”  has won the Gold Award as Best Current Affairs documentary  at the New York TV and film awards.  This episode from the documentary series focused on the hierarchy of racism within the Party. The episode begins with Ekua Bayunu  (formerly of Labour Black Socialists) immediate response to seeing the content within the documents:  “There’s a point at which the people involved in this have stopped regarding people of African heritage as human and I don’t know how you find your way back from that.”  .

As we commented when we posted all the documentaries last Autumn, their revelations are explosive, these films compulsive viewing. Yet British mainstream media, with one or two minor exceptions, have simply blanked them and the Labour Party has still not issued any comment whatsoever.  The UK Media has also largely ignored the The Forde Report  which also concluded, among other things, that there was a hierarchy of racism within the Labour Party.

As the Peace and Justice Project noted:

“The documentary, which was part of The Labour Files series, uncovered how Keir Starmer’s Labour Party had created a hierarchy of racism that discriminated against its Black, Asian and Muslim members.

Featuring interviews, internal documents and social media messages shared by the most senior staff in the Labour Party that demonstrated a racist culture where abuse was aimed at their own colleagues, councillors and political leaders, the film also exposed how Keir Starmer’s campaign to present a tough image on antisemitism, whilst ignoring other forms of discrimination and factional abuse, drove many staff to resign and led to the expulsion of Jewish members from the party.

The Peace & Justice Project congratulates Al Jazeera Investigations for their incredible achievement in creating this vital series of films and for their win at the New York TV & Film Festival.”

Starmer and his uncritical supporters are a disgrace to a party which has been complicit in theft of Palestinian land since Arthur Henderson supported the Balfour Declaration. Gordon Brown and most i fnot all other Labour PMs had been patrons of the thoroughly racist Jewish Land Fund.

Kier Starmer creates the impression that Jewish people are (a) racist (b) in charge, and must be supplicated The current backlash of anti-Semitism is very much the responsibility of his ilk. Please continue with the good work of proving him wrong – IMO this goes a long way.

The silence of the Rightwing Newspapers and let’s not forget, the BBC played its part in the Lie that the Labour Party was Antisemitic or had a serious problem with it, yet they have completely ignored it, it’s as if the Files never existed. Then there’s Starmer, the Cornerstone of the Lie, I don’t need to write here what he has done to LP members especially Jewish Members, he been (how do I put this without swearing) thousands have been expelled and suspended every one of them innocent and nothing is being done about it, there’s been no condemnation from any of the MSM, they actually support what he’s doing.

Yes Bernard, but they are hardly going to cover anything that contradicts the (false) narrative they’ve been churning out for the past seven years or more – ie the black op they have conspired in to demonise and destroy the left and drive us out of main-stream politics.

Without their ‘cooperation’ and participation it couldn’t have happened and, as such, millions of people deceived and duped and manipulated. And it isn’t just the media outlets themselves – although in most cases people are actually paying for the entity that is lying to them and deceiving and manipulating what they think and believe, and especially in the case of the BBC – but also Big Business who advertise in the main-stream newspapers and the likes of Sky News and ITV and Channel 4 and 5 News etc (using OUR money to do so).

Every single one of these outlets conspired in – and were complicit in – the lies and falsehoods AND conspired in deceiving their readers and viewers and listeners, and in my book only fascists are capable of falsely demonising people – ie character assassination – and disseminating disinformation and deceiving and duping millions, and behind the facade of democracy, we are in fact living in a fascistic state in all but name.

I would in fact describe it as a Psychopathocracy, and it’s pretty much universal.
