Grassroots5 guide to voting for the NEC

Voting for Labour NEC starts on Monday 25 July (delayed until at least 1 August) please use the Grassroots 5 guide on voting for Naomi Wimborne-Idrissi and the other members of the Grassroots 5.

This is our chance to get Naomi, JVL’s Media Officer on to the NEC to promote JVL’s values of international justice, respect for all and justice for Palestinians and all oppressed people.

The Grassroots 5 team have have produced this nifty postcode sorter to help you find how to vote for the #Grassroots5 in the Labour Party NEC elections.

Vote Grassroots5 to campaign for a member led democratic Labour Party that fights alongside its members, not against them.

Vote Naomi Wimborne-idrissi for a progressive Jewish Voice on the NEC who will fight for justice in Britain, against racism and exploitation here and world wide, and to maintain and strengthen Labour Policy of support for Palestinian rights

    Thanks for the mail but I won’t be voting for Naomi as I was expelled from the Labour Party in November 21…..

    I heard Momentum had excluded Naomi from the ballot. What on earth has happened to Momentum – is there any point in voting now?

      There is absolutely a massive point in voting. Firstly to get 5 people on the NEC who will ask the difficult and necessary questions of Starmer and Evans.

      Secondly to demonstrate there are many many members who have not bought into Starmer’s abandonment of principle (and policy) and that we re a force to be reckoned with and that he will ignore at his peril
